Get to know me!
I have lived in Cornwall pretty much most of my life, and whilst I have enjoyed many travels around the world I love that I am lucky enough to call Falmouth my home and proud to now own a Cornish small business.

My Story
I opened the Palm room with the intention of creating a little sanctuary of peace and relaxation, a safe and inclusive treatment room where clients could come and shut off from the stresses of a very fast paced busy world.
I believe in looking at the whole person when treating clients so I am able to tailor each of my treatments to the individual client, I look at the issue holistically and encourage overall well-being and balance.
I have a background in beauty therapy having qualified as a level 3 beauty therapist in 2004, working in the industry I quickly knew my passion lay in the massage and holistic therapy world so continued to study while I worked and add to my knowledge gaining industry approved qualifications in amongst other things Swedish massage, aromatherapy, Hot stone massage, Indian head massage and specialist facial massage.

While pregnant with my first son I went back to my studies to complete a degree level Certificate in Education allowing me to teach beauty therapy and massage in higher education.
Fast forward and I have a wonderful husband John and five beautiful children, we spend lots of time together outside and at the beach, experiencing the many physical, mental and emotion well being benefits of doing so. I always encourage clients that if it is possible to get outside as much as they can, nature is such a great healer.
The Palm room is my absolute joy, I love being able to make clients feel they have somewhere they can go that encompasses wonderful treatments, great skincare, organic and ethical products and total relaxation.
